1 Definitions and Interpretation

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "fwjili" or "Platform" — The fwjili.cam website and all related services, mobile versions, and applications.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who is registered on the fwjili platform and using its services.
• "Account" — A personal profile created for a user upon completing the registration process.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in your account, which may include real deposited funds and bonus funds.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, or similar benefit granted by fwjili.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — The act of staking money on any game or event on the platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

In these Terms, singular words may carry a plural meaning and plural words may carry a singular meaning where the context requires it.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, residential address, email, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and cancellation of all winnings.

2.4 KYC Verification

fwjili may at any time request identity documents (national ID card, passport), proof of address, and verification documents for your payment method. Failure to provide these documents within the specified time may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential and secure. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Never share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the fwjili support team immediately. The user remains responsible for all activity that occurs on the account until the suspicious activity is reported.

3.3 Multiple Device Use

You may access your account from multiple devices, but running multiple sessions simultaneously is not permitted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

fwjili accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the method and account level.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

• Withdrawal requests are processed only through the same method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity or an ongoing investigation.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are completed.

4.3 Currency

fwjili processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments sent in another currency will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal). A time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is issued.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Once a bonus is received, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements are met.
• Combining multiple bonus offers at the same time is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, fwjili reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

The fwjili VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Tier advancement is determined by activity and contribution.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the system. Bets left unconfirmed due to technical errors or server issues may be deemed void, in which case the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a technically verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). fwjili is committed to ensuring fair play.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting payouts are made after the game result has been confirmed from a verifiable source. fwjili reserves the right to cancel bets placed on erroneous or incorrect odds.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, fwjili may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If an event is postponed or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fwjili platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — placing artificial bets for the purpose of earning bonus funds.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or adversely affect the platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Assisting or encouraging minors to use the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Our Commitment

8.2 Self-Control Tools

10.3 Inactive Accounts

11 Limitation of Liability

11.2 Gaming Losses
